Each lesson includes Prep Work (which will take you 30-45 minutes to complete), a video lecture (which will take you ~10 minutes to watch), and assignments. The assignments will vary in terms of how long they will take you to complete. That will depend on where you’re at organizationally. For instance, if you have a current strategic plan that has SMART organizational goals, the assignment for Lesson #5 will take much less time than if your strategic plan is outdated or not-SMART. You’ll also receive a Study Guide for each lesson that includes additional materials, examples, and lecture notes.
